Q: How can I become an installer for DISH Network, or install the sales I've made for DishPronto?
A: At the moment, DISH Network handles all of our installs through their national installation network. If you're interested in joining their network, you can search for their job opportunities at http://www.dishnetwork.com/content/aboutus/careers/index.asp. We are currently working on developing our own installation network; send your info to affiliates@dishpronto.com, and we will contact you again at that time, though we encourage you to be a part of our team now.
Q: What are your guidelines for e-mail marketing?
A: DishPronto requires strict adherence to the CAN-SPAM act of 2003. Read more about the requirements at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/canspam.htm
Q: A customer of mine placed an order online - why doesn't it show yet?
A: Though there are some differences among our programs, generally, sales are not entered until they have passed credit verification and quality control.
Q: What does a tiered commission table mean?
A: Commissions in a tiered system are based on the number of sales you've done in a given month.
Q: When do I get paid?
A: We have different payment terms for our different programs. In our in-house program, we pay in the middle of each month on activations made in the previous month. In other programs, payment terms are limited by those programs.
Q: Is commission the same for all orders?
A: All new DISH Network customers who sign up with our base package or higher count as a sale for commission purposes; there is no difference based on what they order.
Q: My customers want international programming - why can't they select this in the online order process?
A: International programming may only be added at the time of activation; our highly-trained phone reps walk interested customers through this process.
